Feed the hungry with Transmission this week!

Well, Transmissioners, although we usually gather on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, we occasionally get together on the other Wednesdays if we feel like it.¬† This week, we’ll be getting together to volunteer at a Homeless Feeding Program run by the Church of the Epiphany.¬† They’ve been having trouble finding volunteers during the summer, and service is something we could do more of at Transmission.¬† We’ll be gathering between 5pm and 6pm at 74th and York Avenue this Wednesday, Aug 13, and we should be done by 8pm or so.
Also, for next week’s Transmission (Aug 20), we’ll be heading downtown to see a dance performance of our own Sarah Godbehere.¬† More information to come!
