I think you make great points, and I like the idea of alternating locations - I just hope it doesn't get too confusing. I brought it up at the last Transmission, and we've decided to go ahead and try it for a month, meeting uptown this week and downtown in two weeks. I hope you can make it!

Personally, I would really like to play a part in the Transmission community but couldn't make it uptown much more than once a month. Thus the advantage of having a downtown location would be nice because I would be able to play a part more often which I would really like. I liked what Jon had to say about how he would like to see a study develop and it's really the first thing that has any sort of representation to what I am use to back in California. Consequently it would make me very very happy.

Secondly, it is more centralized to all of us, rather than a part/majority of the Transmission crowd. Also, it may draw a more diverse crowd by being downtown. Thirdly, there are even more locations and I am sure there is one that is quieter if that's what you would like to find.

Finally, there is one other option. If you are meeting twice a month for the study then what about a once a month meeting uptown and another downtown?
